Learn how to bake cheesecake with Anna Kälvebrand. The dairywoman tells about how the cheese cake is made. Together we make a curd and cheesecake batter. You take it home to bake in your own oven. Anna has of course brought ready-made cheesecake. So while the evening's curd drains, we enjoy Grandma's Cheesecake.
