Basic yoga course
A half-day course for those who want to learn the basics of yoga. Among other things, you will learn how to best do the different positions based on your conditions, how to avoid injury and what the purpose of different positions is.
Content of the day:
Review of the most common positions.
How to adapt the positions to your body and your needs.
Breathing - the basics of yoga breathing.
Yoga for stress.
Yoga to find strength and energy.
What are the different types of yoga and which one should I choose?
