Learn how to bake cheesecake with Anna Kälvebrand. The dairywoman tells about how the cheese cake is made. Together we make a curd and cheesecake batter that you take home to bake in your own oven. Of course, Anna also has ready-made cheesecake. While the evening's curd drains, we enjoy Grandma's Cheesecake.
