Art exhibition - Sara W Nelin

Sara's playful drawings in ink and markers & loving giraffes that challenge the law of gravity and are forever attached to each other can be seen 29/6-4/7 in Roddarhuset's small gallery.

Sara w Nelin (b'80) has been active as an exhibiting artist since 2012. In response to the question of how long she has been drawing, the answer is that she "...like most people; started when I could grab a chalk and the answer is rather that I have never stopped".

Playful drawings in ink and markers. Humor has an important place in Nelin's pictorial world, which is characterized by play with both the subject and the title, and not infrequently the title is the motive for the picture being created.

Drawings and sculptures will be displayed at Roddarhuset . Loving giraffes that defy gravity and are forever attached to each other.

Sara has participated in more than 40 jury-judged salons, including Väsby konsthall, Märsta konsthall, Landskrona konstförening. Over the years, there have been more than 20 own exhibitions at, among others, Konsthallen Kajutan, Nora Konsthall, Stockholm City Library, as well as being invited artist to various group exhibitions.
